Orders & shipping
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order by visiting the Track Order page and entering your order ID.
What are the delivery timelines?
Delivery timelines vary based on the seller's location and the shipping destination. Generally, orders are delivered within 5–10 business days. You will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our services to international locations. Please check back for updates or subscribe to our newsletter for announcements.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including:
- Credit / Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Net banking
- Wallets
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
Is it safe to use my card on Gletr?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.
Can I pay using EMI?
EMI options may be available on select credit cards during checkout. The availability depends on your bank and the order value. Please check the payment options at checkout for EMI eligibility.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless damaged at arrival. Please visit our Refund & Return Policy page for complete details.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected by the seller, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled — every piece is made on order in our studio. To cancel before production begins, please contact our support team immediately or visit your order history in your account dashboard.
Products & quality
Is the jewellery on Gletr authentic?
Yes. All jewellery sold on Gletr is sourced from verified sellers. Gold and silver products come with BIS Hallmark certification as per Indian standards. Each seller is required to provide authenticity certificates and maintain quality standards.
Do products come with certificates?
Yes, all precious metal jewellery comes with appropriate certifications including BIS Hallmark for gold and silver. Diamond and gemstone products include authenticity certificates from recognised laboratories where applicable.
Why does the product look different from the image?
Minor variations may occur due to lighting conditions during photography, screen display differences, or slight manufacturing tolerances. Handcrafted items may have subtle variations that make each piece unique. If you receive a significantly different product, please contact us for assistance.
Account & security
How do I create an account?
Click on the "Sign Up" or "Register" button on the top right of our website. Enter your name, email address, and create a password. You can also sign up using your Google account for faster registration.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
